@FGW Absolutely shocking service from LDN to Cardiff. Are you not aware there is a match on? Broken train, overcrowded. £75 for the pleasure
— Nick Walker (@NikoWalks) May 24, 2014
Thanks @FGW for having plugs which don't work.

@FGW I can't believe there are NO toilets available from Cardiff to Portsmouth at the moment. All out if order. It's Pathetic!!

@fgw 17.06 Ealing to Reading and half the doors won't open. Congratulations.

@FGW typical journey, train broke down, switched to another now waiting to leave paddington! Another delayed journey!

@emily1780 Hi Emily. The 1847 was late leaving due to a door issue. Service has been running behind one that went ahead. Apologies. Grant

All the train lights just went off. I'd like to say it's for an ambient experience. Except it's @FGW, so they've probably just blown up.

Seems to be a lot of #FGW train failures leading to cancellations lately. Should they stop selling tickets until problems sorted?

Ugh. 6.30 train cancelled due to train fault. Fabulous start to the day as will now be late reaching Stevenage. Thanks #fgw.

@FGW Train home Tuesday, toilets were disgusting and no baby changing on the ENTIRE train, ridiculous. Had to change my 7month old on the seat
— Pete (@Radzinsky77) June 5, 2014
@FGW a broken down train again! What is going on? This line is a joke. There seems to be continual problems. Fed up.

Home an hour late, train 50 mins late, no lights until Salisbury, no air-con/windows open, missed 2 connecting trains. Poor service @FGW

Well done, Norman! A stunning show of maintenance prowess!
