Contingency Planning!

Monday 6th until Friday 10th of October 2014 Part 1!

Sometimes we wish we had broken the website in to weeks and months, rather then topics! However, what a week! It really showed what contingency planning can achieve, if only some plans were put into place! Let’s examine this working week! Unfortunately, and with sadness, there was a fatality on the lines on Tuesday 7th of October. We never comment on such events, and stop logging customer complaints, legitimate or otherwise. It’s absolutely the wrong time. So we’ll look at Monday 6th of October and Thursday 9th of October in particular.

We took a slightly different approach to that week, and took a slew of complaints including massive signal failures and train faults, to introduce the world to Contingency Planning!
