I don’t know if you’ve ever visited London Paddington station. It’s a very noisy place at the best of times, so customers rely on the numerous screens in place of announcements!
@fgw as always, you can't be blamed for the signal problem but poor or lacking information from staff makes things worse.

@FGW is there a reason the 10.48 from paddington is still sat at the platform? No announcement has been made…!!
— Laura Vaughan (@Lozv) July 24, 2014
Is there still anyone @FGW who can tell me why the 22.48 from Paddington to Oxford is still sat at the station?
— Doug the Prop (@DougProp) July 24, 2014
Hi Ollie @FGW why is the 21:23 from Reading to Oxford running 25 minutes late, no reason given, no apology too grovelling, be creative..,

@FGW what an absolute bad company you are leaving passengers for hours at the station with no imformation again
— Emanuele Scollo (@EmanueleScollo) July 25, 2014
Dear @FGW, so glad you're announcing this on twitter. How about letting the poor sods stood waiting in Paddington know too?
— Simon Steele (@simonst) July 25, 2014
@FGW sat at Paddington with no information. How can we get to Hungerford?

@FGW staggeringly poor service and lack of communication on when on earth the delayed train to paddington might leave Bristol parkway

Communication breakdown! The events are, on occasion, not even FGW’s fault! Communication on the other hand. Anyone’s guess!
@FGW I've been stood here for half an hour waiting for the London-Oxford train to leave, no info, no air con, packed train, it's just rude.
— Polina Ivanova (@Polina__Ivanova) July 25, 2014
When something goes wrong with trains I have to check twitter to see what's happened. The driver doesn't feel the need to say a thing @FGW

@fgw 1842 from PAD, now with almost 25% extra travel time. :( With no explanations.
