From First Great Western criticised in new report, 1st Feb 2013.
First Great Western has one of the worst passenger satisfaction rates in the country according to Passenger Focus.

James Davis, media relations manager at FGW, said: “Given the current level of infrastructure projects across our network, we’re pleased to have been able to maintain our customer satisfaction levels.
